How We Work

Before we open Figma or write a single line of code, we take time to understand you. In a 30–60 minute discovery call, we cover your business, your audience and goals, what's working and what isn't with your current web presence, key features and functionality you need, and your timeline and budget.

After the call, we send over a clear Project Brief that summarizes what we're building together. You review it, we align on it, and then we move forward — no ambiguity.

Every project goes through a design phase in Figma. This is where your website comes to life visually — before any code is written. You'll be able to see exactly what the final product will look like, give feedback, and approve the direction.

We don't start development until you've signed off on the design. This avoids costly changes later.

Once the design is approved, we move into development. We build your website using modern, battle-tested technologies. Everything is coded to be fast, accessible, mobile-responsive, and easy to maintain.

You'll have access to a private staging link to review the live build, plus regular progress updates via your preferred channel.

Once the site is live on our staging server, we hand it over to you for a thorough review. This is your opportunity to click through every page, test on your devices, and request final adjustments.

We include one round of revisions at this stage as part of your project. Revisions include content tweaks, layout adjustments, and minor feature changes — not new features or major scope changes.

Launch day is the exciting part — and we handle the technical side completely. You don't need to worry about servers, DNS settings, or SSL certificates.

After launch, you'll have 30 days of post-launch support included with every project. If anything needs tweaking in the first month, we've got you covered.
